Shipping Process

Step 1: Order ConfirmationAfter placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email indicating that processing has begun.

Step 2: Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET are typically processed the same business day.

Step 3: Dispatch & Tracking
Once dispatched, you'll receive a separate email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey from the Netherlands to Australia.

Step 4: Delivery
Estimated delivery time to Australia is 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Order Cancellations

Before processing: Contact us immediately at info@maya-mina.com to cancel your order.
After processing: Orders typically ship within 1-3 days. Once shipped, our standard return process applies. Return shipping costs (for change-of-mind returns) are the responsibility of the customer. More details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation window: Orders placed before 2:00 PM CET may ship same day - contact us quickly for cancellations.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

Immediate inspection: Please inspect your order upon delivery.
Report issues within 48 hours at info@maya-mina.com if:

Items are missing from your order
Packaging appears tampered with
